Our Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for all Quality Assurance training and execution in the specific region. Included but not limited to the recruiting/training of all external/sub contractors. Responsible for training national/regional service companies and retail personnel on the intricacies of proper installation to manufacturer guidelines. This person will spend 30% of their work time training new and existing installers on new and effective installation techniques and tools. (limited content development) Will assist with the development, implemention and maintanance of quality assurance guidelines and setting of relating policies and procedures in an effort to ensure 100% customer/client satisfaction.
